- Product Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all products, goods, and services sold through your website. Pasture Cart builds and hosts websites but does not sell, handle, inspect, or guarantee any products listed on your site.
- Food Safety & Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring all products comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and labeling standards.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pasture Cart, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from products sold through your website or your use of our services.
- Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided in this form is accurate and that you have the legal right to sell the products listed.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. Pasture Cart does not handle or store payment information. You are responsible for any disputes with customers.
